Flamingo Hill Camp is composed of two beautiful houses, the Main House and the Beach House. The Main House sits in the middle of the gardens, slightly overhanging the property and one of the three swimming-pools. While one is in here they can find the Masaï Mara rooms, the Kilifi rooms, the Lamu, Kilimanjaro, Malindi and Monbasa rooms, with their private terraces, the Serengeti and Tsavo rooms (45 sqm), each with private terraces too. The restaurant and the main bar also stands here.
The Beach house, with the Royale Suite and the Black Marlin Suite, has a private swimming-pool, direct access to the beach and shared indoor and outdoor lounges with bar, TV, DVD player, and a floor lounge with view on the sea. Nearby, you'll find the beach restaurant and bar. The Beach House can be fully privatized. It is nestled between the “honeymoon hills”, and surrounded by a dazzling display of foliage, including a variety of indigenous African plants and flowers. It is the perfect base for exploring this impressive park.
Small and exclusive, Flamingo Hill consists of just 25 cozy tents. These are not the average “tent.” The tents at Flamingo Hill are furnished with all the luxuries of modern travel. Decorated in calming safari tones, natural woods, wrought iron accents, and crisp linens, each tent has been thoughtfully designed to maximize comfort.All tents feature a large four-poster bed with mosquito net, an en-suite bathroom with hot and cold water, a writing desk, electricity, and a private veranda overlooking the plains.
The restaurant serves buffet breakfast and lunch and an a la carte and buffet dinner. The bar is well stocked with local as well as imported beverages. In Amenities offered by the camp include; private verandah overlooking the plains, hot and cold running water, Electricity (240 volts), four poster beds & mosquito nets, en-suite bathroom with shower and flush toilets, writing desk, restaurant, bar, massage therapy, library and fireplace.
