Lake Naivasha Holiday Inn is a lovely country style hotel just an hour away from Nairobi. It is 3 km off the Maai Mahiu / Moi South Lake Road junction in Naivasha and offers a peaceful retreat away from the city life. The hotel has 25 rooms classified in four distinct categories each with a special history, theme and style
.Acacia: Once a farmers three bed roomed house, acacia rooms are roomy and homely.
Bandas: If you are looking for something different, these rustic style rooms will offer you an African outdoor feeling with the comfort of indoor living.
Fig Tree: A mud house built in 1926; the fig tree rooms are an icon of history and preservation.
Makuti: This is 4 bedroom makuti cottage with private grounds, kitchen, dining , bar and lounge is sure to give you peaceful country living in Naivasha. The makuti theme has been improved to create classy rooms that are second to none. The cottage and its grounds can also be used for private functions and can be hired separately.
Modified to suit the modern day tourist, all our rooms are classic examples of the blending in with the new.

The hotel offers a wonderful bar, lounge, excellent grounds plus both in and outdoor dining. The bar area also offers a fire pit that is a big hit with patrons in the evening hours. For those that love to be near the lake, the riparian offers excellent grounds for bird watching, training, or just relaxation. There is a lake house nearby that offers cloakroom facilities, bar, and snack and sitting space.

Also available is a conference room that can be partitioned to accommodate different groups. This facility is perfect for strategy meetings, team building and other corporate & family functions. Special menus to accommodate groups are available upon request.
