This safari itinerary covers; Meru National Park, Samburu Game Reserve, Lake Nakuru National Park, Lake Naivasha, Masai Mara Game Reserve, Serengeti National Park, Ngorongoro Conservation Area, Park and Amboseli National Park. Explore the most famous Kenya and Tanzania finest Wildlife Areas/sceneries. These Parks/Reserves are the home to different kinds of Africa wildlife including the Big Five/different Bird Species. Enjoy splendid View of Mount Kenya and Mount Kilimanjaro (the highest Mountain in Africa) as well as learn the Samburu/Maasai Cultures at their Villages (Manyatta).
Detailed Itinerary
Day 1: Nairobi City/ Nairobi Airport– Meru National Park.
Early morning pick up from Nairobi Hotel/Airport at 7:30am and then drive to Meru National Park, Arriving time for lunch as well as check-in at the Lodge. This park was made famous by the book “Born Free” by author Joy Adamson’s whorelease orphaned lioness Elsa in the Park. The beautiful Rojewero River bisects the Park, along its banks different bird species, Lions, leopards, cheetahs, elephants, Gravy’s and Burchell’s zebra, reticulated giraffe and gerenuk, buffalo, hippo and crocodile are spotted; Meru National park is in the moment is another safe haven for rhinos. Dinner and overnight at Murera Springs Eco Lodge, (lunch & Dinner).
Day 2: Meru National Park.
Spend a whole day in Meru National park with early morning and afternoon game drives; which gives you chances to view different kinds of wildlife and visit to Adamson’s falls as well. Dinner and Overnight at Murera Springs Eco Lodge, (Full board).
Day 3: Meru National Park – Samburu Game Reserve.
Early morning breakfast then, depart to Samburu Game Reserve via Isiolo. Game drives before checking in at the lodge. After lunch, relax until 16:00hrs, time for the evening game drive. Spot the rare Reticulated Giraffe, Beisa Oryx, Gerenuk, Somali Ostrich and the gravy Zebra. Samburu is the home to different bird species. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge,(Full board).
Day 4: Samburu Game Reserve.
Spend a whole day in Samburu National Reserve with morning and afternoon game drives; spot the rare Reticulated Giraffe, Beisa Oryx, Gerenuk, Somali Ostrich and the gravy Zebra. Samburu is the home to different bird species. Dinner and overnight at Samburu Sopa Lodge, (Full board).
Day 5: Samburu Game Reserve - Lake Nakuru Nitional Park.
Early morning breakfast, then depart for Lake Nakuru National Park Via Isiolo. Stop for lunch at Thomson’s Waterfall, arriving around 14.00 hours in Lake Nakuru National Park. Afternoon game drive takes you to the lake to view Flamingoes and pelicans. Also, spot White/Black Rhinos, Rothschild Giraffe and Waterbucks. The Lake Forest attracts a wide variety of birds. Dinner and overnight at Lake Nakuru Lodge or Flamingo Hill Tented Camp, (Full Board).
Day 6: Lake Nakuru National Park - Lake Naivasha.
Morning games drives before breakfast and then depart for Lake Naivasha, arriving for lunch as well check in. Afternoon you can decide either to go for boat ride to view Hippos (extra cost) or relax at the Resort. Dinner and overnight at Lake Naivasha Sopa Resort or Lake Naivasha Sawela Lodge, (Full Board).
Day 7: Lake Naivasha-Masai Mara Game Reserve.
After breakfast drive along the Great Rift Valley, passing by the extinct volcano of Mount Longonot en route to Masai Mara Game Reserve with game en route to the Lodge for check in as well for lunch. Afternoon game viewing in this fascinating wildlife paradise with a chance to view; giraffes, elephants, monkeys, leopards, lions, gazelles and different bird’s species. Dinner and Overnight at Fig Tree Camp or Jambo Mara Safari Lodge, (Full Board).
Day 8: Masai Mara Game Reserve.
Spend a whole day viewing wildlife in Masai Mara Game reserve with morning and afternoon game drives. Have a chance to see the “BIG FIVE”: Lion, Elephant, Rhino, Buffalo and Leopard. Wildebeests, Zebras, Cheetahs and Gazelles, other kinds of African wildlife can also be easily spotted. Witness the famous wildebeests (Gnu) and zebra migration from Serengeti (Tanzania) to Maasai Mara (Kenya) between July and September; this movement is one of world wonders. Masai Mara being the stomping ground of the Great Migration, a massive accumulation of 1.5 million wildebeest, 200,000 zebras and 350,000 gazelles stretching their legs over 1,200 miles in an annual race to find enough water and green grass for their survival. More afternoon game drives at this jewel park of Kenya. Dinner and Overnight Fig Tree Camp or Jambo Mara Safari Lodge, (Full Board).
Day 9: Masai Mara Game Reserve-Isbenia Boarder-Serengeti National Park.
Early Morning breakfast and then start long game drives across the Mara; lunch stop (lunch boxes) on the way to Serengeti National park; On arrival in Serengeti National park; start game drives on the way to the lodge for dinner and overnight at Serengeti Serena Lodge,(Full board).
Day 10: Serengeti National Park.
Spend a whole day in Serengeti with morning and afternoon game drives. Experience the undisturbed nature in this famous game park. Dinner and overnight Serengeti Serena Lodge,(Full board).
Day 11: Ngorongoro Conservation Area – Lake Manyara National Park.
After breakfast depart to Lake Manyara National Park, arriving time for Lunch as well as check- in at the Lodge.The afternoon game drive in Lake Manyara National Park gives you a chance to see Tree climbing Lions and other kinds of African wildlife. Dinner and overnight at Lake Manyara Serena Lodge, (Full board).
Day 12: Lake Manyara National Park- Tarangire National Park.
Depart after breakfast for Tarangire National Park arriving time for Lunch as well as check in at the Lodge. The afternoon game drive gives you a chance to see different kinds of wildlife including Jumbo Elephants. Dinner and overnight at Tarangire Safari Lodge, (Full board).
Day 13: Tarangire National Park–Namanga Boarder - Amboseli National Park.
Depart after breakfast for Amboseli National Park, with clear view of Mount Meru and Mount Kilimanjaro. Drive across Namanga Border, arriving at Amboseli in the late afternoon for lunch at the camp as well as check in. Evening game viewing starts at 16:00hrs.This Park is the home of Elephants, Wildebeest (Gnu), and Buffalos, Gazelles, Lions, Cheetahs, monkey families and rare bird species. In the early evening, the clouds clear, exposing the snow –capped dome of Mt. Kilimanjaro. Dinner and overnight at AA Amboseli Lodge or Kilima Safari Camp, (Full board).
Day 14: Amboseli National Park.
Spend a whole day in Amboseli National Park, with morning and afternoon game drives. This park is termed as an Animal’s paradise. Visit Masai Village and learn their rich culture at an extra cost. Dinner and overnight AA Amboseli Lodge or Kilima Safari Camp, (Full board).
Day 15: Amboseli National Park.
Spend a whole day in Amboseli National Park, with morning and afternoon game drives. This park is termed as an Animal’s paradise. Visit Masai Village and learn their rich culture at an extra cost. Dinner and overnight at AA Amboseli Lodge or Kilima Safari Camp, (Full board).
Day 16: Amboseli National Park – Nairobi City/ Nairobi Airport.
Morning game drives before breakfast and then depart for Nairobi after breakfast, with lunch on the way; later drop off at your respective Hotel or Airport,(Breakfast & Lunch).

“Home of the African Elephant”
Crowned by Mount Kilimanjaro, Africa's highest peak, the Amboseli National Parks is one of Kenya's most popular parks in Kenya. The name "Amboseli" comes from a Maasai word meaning "salty dust", and it is one of the best places in Africa to view large herds of elephants.
Amboseli National Park offers one of the most stunning and picturesque views of Mount Kilimanjaro. There are over 1,000 roaming Elephants that serve as one of the draws of the park. Apart from the Elephants, many people have hopes of seeing some of the predator species which include lion, cheetah, hyena and much more.
Lake Manyara National Park offers a wilderness experience in diverse habitats, from its Rift Valley soda lake to dense woodlands and steep mountainsides. Apart from a spectacular setting, the park is famous for its unusual tree-climbing lions and the vast elephant herds it was established to protect.

Tarangire National Park is a national park in Tanzania's Manyara Region. The name of the park originates from the Tarangire River that crosses the park. The Tarangire River is the primary source of fresh water for wild animals in the Tarangire Ecosystem during the annual dry season. The Tarangire Ecosystem is defined by the long-distance migration of wildebeest and zebras. During the dry season thousands of animals concentrate in Tarangire National Park from the surrounding wet-season dispersal and calving areas.
